Terms of Service – DBIZ
Article 1: Introduction and Definitions
- Introduction
These Terms of Service constitute a legal agreement between the Customer and DBIZ. By registering and using DBIZ services, the Customer agrees to comply with all terms and conditions herein. It is the Customer’s responsibility to read and adhere to these terms. - Definitions
- Software: The software and services provided by DBIZ to the Customer via an online platform, including web and mobile applications.
- System: The servers and supporting tools of DBIZ used to provide the service.
- DBIZ: The company providing enterprise management platform services.
- Customer: Individuals or organizations that register and use DBIZ services.
- Service Fee / Subscription Fee: The payment made by the Customer to maintain service access.
- Subscription Period: The period during which the Customer is granted access to use DBIZ services. Customers incur a 10% VAT when using subscription services.
- Authorized Agent: Entities or individuals authorized by DBIZ to promote, offer, charge for, and support services.
Article 2: Customer Rights and Obligations
- Right to Use the Service
- The Customer is entitled to use all features of the software during the active subscription period.
- A unique account is provided to each Customer to access and use DBIZ services. The Customer is responsible for securing this account.
- Customer Responsibilities
- The Customer must pay all subscription and service fees in full and on time.
- The Customer is prohibited from interfering technically with the DBIZ system and from using the service for any unlawful purposes or in ways that might affect third parties.
- The Customer must ensure the accuracy of data entered into the system and bears legal responsibility for this information.
- Upon subscription expiration, the Customer must renew the subscription to continue using the service. If the subscription is not renewed, DBIZ reserves the right to suspend the service.
Article 3: Privacy Policy
- Data Protection Commitment
DBIZ is committed to complying with data protection regulations. Customer information will be used only to improve services and enhance user experience, and will not be shared with third parties without the Customer’s consent, except as required by law.

The Customer is responsible for securing login information and should not share their account with anyone. In case of unauthorized access, the Customer must immediately inform DBIZ for corrective action.
Article 4: Payment and Service Fees
- Service Fees and Billing Cycle
- The Customer is required to pay the full cost of the chosen product or service package upon registration.
- The subscription fee period starts from the date DBIZ provides access information to the Customer.
- Renewal and Service Suspension
- DBIZ will notify the Customer before the subscription expires to proceed with the renewal. If 30 days pass after the expiration without renewal, DBIZ reserves the right to discontinue service and delete the Customer’s data.
- Payment Methods
- The Customer may pay via bank transfer, cash, or through online payment gateways provided by DBIZ. Invoices will be issued after receiving full payment from the Customer.
Article 5: Service Provision and Customer Support
- Service Provision
- DBIZ will provide access to the Customer after payment procedures are completed. The Customer is responsible for verifying and securing the access information provided.
- Customer Support
- DBIZ offers support via email, phone, and an online hotline from 8 am to 10 pm daily. All support requests will be processed within 24 working hours.
Article 6: Warranty, Maintenance, and Service Upgrades
- Maintenance and Upgrades
- DBIZ is responsible for maintaining the system to ensure the service operates reliably, including updates and bug fixes. Maintenance will be performed at times with minimal impact, and DBIZ will notify the Customer in advance of any downtime.
- Issue Resolution
- DBIZ will address errors and issues within 8 working hours upon receiving the Customer’s support request.
Article 7: Intellectual Property Rights
- Ownership
DBIZ retains all copyright and intellectual property rights over the software and services provided to the Customer. Information such as user interface, content, and source code belongs to DBIZ and is protected under intellectual property laws. - Usage Restrictions
The Customer is not permitted to copy, redistribute, or use the service for commercial purposes without permission from DBIZ.
Article 8: Limitation of Liability and Force Majeure
- Limitation of Liability
- DBIZ is not liable for any damages arising from the Customer’s improper use of the service, including data loss, system errors, or disruptions due to causes beyond DBIZ’s control.
- Force Majeure
- In cases of force majeure, such as natural disasters, power outages, or technical issues, DBIZ is not obligated to fulfill contractual responsibilities.
Article 9: Termination of Agreement and Data Handling upon Termination
- Termination Conditions
- The contract will automatically terminate at the end of the subscription period or upon written request from either party. If the Customer breaches the terms or fails to fulfill financial obligations, DBIZ reserves the right to terminate the contract.
- Data Handling upon Termination
- DBIZ will store Customer data for up to 30 days after termination. After this period, DBIZ reserves the right to delete all relevant data without compensation.
Article 10: General Terms
- Amendment of Terms
DBIZ reserves the right to modify and supplement these terms as necessary. All changes will be communicated via email or through DBIZ’s system. - Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, and any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts.
